Kelly grew up in the forests of New Hampshire, drawing her inspiration from nature as well as life's good and bad fortune. Creating art is her way of capturing rare and special moments. From the forests of New England to the tide pools of the seacoast she sees art in everything with bittersweet perspective. Using her imagination to design and draw in felt pen, she then gives her pieces life with watercolor and gouache paint. An array of bright color matched with dark ink and acrylic, her work is bold and expressive. A visual narrative of time spent.
